At iHealth Labs Inc, we stand behind our health monitoring products and offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a seamless refund or exchange process.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the original receipt to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
